Use

Screen wash for all inks.

Application

1. Brush EcoWash #1 on the ink areas of the screen.
2. Agitate the ink to allow for deeper penetration.
3. Remove with a cold water rinse.

Use

Haze, ghost, and stain remover.

Application

1. Apply pre-mixed EcoWash and EcoHaze 50/50 to both sides of the screen mesh using an EcoScreen soft bristle brush.
2. Depending on the stain, let the product work on the screen for 2 - 5 minutes.
3. Pre-rinse your screen before you pressure wash with cold water (this will eliminate product residue from splashing on the screen washer and the risk of breathing any cleaners).

Notes

Haze, ghost and stain remover. EcoHaze #1 is a non-flammable, water soluble, water rinsable, biodegradable haze, ghost and stain remover. It replaces toxic pastes and is gentle on the screen mesh, yet very strong and effective on stains.

Use

Emulsion remover concentrate, 1:20 mix.

Application

1. Apply diluted EcoStrip #1, Biodegradable emulsion remover to both sides of the wet screen.
2. Let the product work for 2 to 3 minutes, or until emulsion starts breaking down.
3. Do not let the product dry on the screen.
4. Remove with a high pressure cold water washer.

Emulsion remover (concentrate) 1:20 EcoStrip #1 is a very strong and effective liquid emulsion and capillary film remover; 1 gallon will make up to 20 gallons depending on emulsion thickness and cure; it also contains a degreaser.

Use

Application

1. Apply diluted EcoStrip #2 biodegradable emulsion remover to both sides of the wet screen.
2. Let the product work for 2 to 3 minutes or until emulsion starts breaking down.
3. Do not let the product dry on the screen.
4. Remove with a high pressure cold water washer.

3. Apply product on both sides of the screen with a towel or rag.
4. Wipe dry with a towel or rag.

Use

Fast-evaporating press wash for plastisol, UV, sublimation, and textile inks.

Application

1. Card excessive ink from the screen.
2. Use EcoPressWash #109 at full strength; do NOT dilute.
3. Apply product on both sides of the screen with a towel or rag.
4. Wipe dry with a towel or rag.

No odour fast evaporating press wash for plastisol and U.V. inks EcoPressWash #109 is a press wash that is effective on plastisol, sublimation, U.V. and textile inks.

Use

Wetting agent and degreaser.

Application

1. Brush EcoWet to both sides of screen
2. Then rinse IMMEDIATELY with water from the TOP towards the BOTTOM.

Notes

Wetting agent / degreaser. EcoWet is a slow drying liquid wetting agent / degreaser that retains water on the screen mesh which allows easy application of capillary films. EcoWet can also be used to eliminate screen shadows on a cleaned screen (for example). A long print run "uses" or flattens the mesh.

Use

Fast-drying degreaser.

Application

1. Brush EcoDegrease to both sides of screen.
2. Then rinse IMMEDIATELY with water from the TOP towards the BOTTOM.
